2.5kg Nutty Wheat Mix the dry ingredients. Rub in the butter. Add Raisins and Yoghurt and milk. Mix well. Bake in bread pans at 180°C for 45minutes and then on 160°C for 20 minutes. Cool down in the pans – overnight. Slice like thick slices of bread and then into blocks. Dry out at 50°C for about 4 hours. |
